Started in the spring of 2009, CNY Style is a class project for my Producing
Cross-Platform Messages for Fashion Communications course at
Syracuse University.
This course is part of the Fashion and Beauty Communications Milestone, a
collaboration between the Newhouse School
and the School for Visual and
Performing Arts (VPA).
CNY Style looks to provide residents of Central New York with fashion
and beauty related stories, store profiles, and both local & national
designer profiles. With fashion encompassing more than clothing, stories
on the website will provide information on all forms of fashion-related
topics. Store profiles give users the ability to see what stores in this
area provide, along with store information including real-time updates on
whether stores are currently opened or closed.
